1 General Rules & Definitions

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements
To use the Win VP platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 Years must be.
- Online betting must be legal in the country where you reside.
- You may only hold one Win VP account.
- You are opening the account in your own name and for your own use.
- You are of sound mind and are betting of your own free will.
Warning: Use of Win VP by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
Win VP may request identity documents (NID, passport) for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
3 Account Registration & Security
To register with Win VP, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be terminated.
3.1 Single Account Policy
Only one Win VP account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses forfeited.
3.2 Login Credentials Security
Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Do not share them with anyone. Report any unauthorized access to your account to Win VP Support immediately.
3.3 KYC Verification
Win VP follows international anti-money laundering policies. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 BDT. Required documents: National ID or passport, and a bank statement or mobile banking screenshot.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Win VP supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from a bonus.
- Daily maximum withdrawal limit: ৳1,00,000 BDT.
- Win VP may place a withdrawal on hold for investigation if fraud is suspected.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Win VP regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that must be followed.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw bonus winnings, a minimum of 10x wagering on the bonus amount is required. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of registration.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
Abusing the bonus system — including through multiple accounts, false information, or arbitrage betting — is strictly prohibited. Win VP reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts where suspicious bonus activity is detected.

6 Betting Rules
Please keep the following rules in mind whenever you place a bet on Win VP:
- Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled. However, a cashout option may be available for in-play betting.
- Win VP reserves the right to void bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
- The decision of the recognized sports authority is final in determining match results.
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
- Win VP reserves the right to void any bets suspected of being linked to match-fixing.
6.1 Maximum Bet Limit
Maximum bet limits may vary across different events and markets. Win VP reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time, particularly during major events.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Win VP platform:
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Using another person's account or selling your account.
- Using betting software, bots, or automation tools.
- Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or other illegal means.
- Exploiting any bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without win VP's permission.
- Match fixing or betting using insider information.
Consequences: If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.
8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure & Suspension
You may close your account at any time by contacting Win VP Support. Please withdraw any verified balance before closing your account.
Win VP may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of Terms.
- Evidence of fraud or deceptive activity.
- Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.
- Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
11 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, it may be referred to an independent mediator. International gaming law applies to all disputes involving Win VP.
